Career cancer researcher & former sous chef to entrepreneurship. Seemingly diverse paths but what binds all three is my passion for food, health, and a genuine desire to provide delicious, truly healthy, and convenient snacking options. I’ve learned over the years that 1). taste is king when it comes to snacking, 2). what & how we snack has significant impact on our overall health, and 3). during times of “stress” (lack of time, options, etc.) we make the worse choices. That is why I decided to start JECA, to give people snacking options that will satisfy their goal to do something good for their bodies while also providing great taste and convenience.
